Shipping Information

We process and ship all of our website sales in the order they are received and paid for.  Due to the volume of our sales, processing and shipping of your item can take up to 5 business days after your payment is received.

Sometimes prices on our website, in our catalogs, and in our magazine ads do not include shipping and handling charges.

To get shipping prices on particular products, you can either: (1) place the desired items in your online shopping cart and check the shipping price calculated at our electronic check-out, or (2) contact us.

Shipping prices always depend on the parts ordered and the destination delivery location.


Return/Exchange Policy and Authorization

All packages will need to be inspected within 48 hours of receipt to file a damage claim with the shipping company.  No returns or exchanges will be made after 30 days of customer receipt, unless due to manufacture defects.  Electrical items can not be returned for a refund due to the nature of the item.  Manufacture defects will be cover for a period of 90 days (unless otherwise stated).  Electrical items carry a 30 exchange warranty.  Please contact us should you choose to return or exchange merchandise.  This will prevent confusion and will allow us to make arrangements for a pick-up of the merchandise to be returned.  No refunds will be given on any items that have been Used, Installed or Modified from its orginal condition of sale.  NO REFUNDS will be given on any SPECIAL ORDER items.

Returned merchandise must include all original packaging and paperwork, and must be packaged properly so as to avoid shipping damage.  Returned merchandise that does not arrive in appropriate condition will not be refunded in full. 

Please be sure you truly want something before you order it.  In the unfortunate event that you have to cancel your order with us or change an item after your order has been placed, you will not be refunded in full unless you have received defective items.  If an order has not shipped yet, a 10% processing fee applies to cancellations. If an order has been shipped, a 20% re-stocking fee will be assessed to the return.  Once your order has processed and shipped, it is not possible to turn it around without incurring substantial costs.

Shipping charges cannot be refunded unless it is evidenced that the part(s) are defective or that we made an error in fulfillment of the order.
